You don’t have to understand the inner workings of your wiring and electrical ‘stuff’ because I do. I will take the time to explain anything that promotes your future safety before I leave. Empowering people with essential knowledge is all part of taking care of you and your property.

Punctual: I turn up when I say I will.
Clean and tidy: if I make a mess, I clean it up. There is no reason to leave a work area messy, let alone your home, and I never do.
Unobtrusive: especially in your home. It can feel like an uncomfortable intrusion having someone work in your home or workplace. I maintain a cheerful, calm disposition and work as efficiently as possible to minimise disruption to you.
Clear pricing: I prefer to charge on an hourly basis plus materials. It should be possible to give you an idea of how long a job might take. However, when working on existing installations, once we have started work, it sometimes happens that we encounter complications that will make the job take longer. If that happens, I will discuss any other costs that you may incur at this time.
Clear communication: You will know exactly what I am doing and why it is necessary. I will explain in plain English, without any electrician’s jargon.
